Yesterday we had Hailey to the vet to get a definitive diagnosis on her hip issues. She suffers any time she has the least amount of activity and we just wanted to know what we were dealing with. The vet took x-rays, but she had to be under general anesthesia to do so. She does have hip dysplasia but it is a mild case. We are to continue to get her weight down. (She is at 69 lbs. Was at 75 and is to be at 60.) She is to remain active and we are to give her antiinflammatories before real active days and any time she is having problems.
Kimber and Cara picked her up from the vet and Hailey was just "duplich". She fell asleep standing up and Cara would have to hold her body so she wouldn't fall on the floor. Last night she was about as bad. She was falling asleep sitting. We laughed and laughed at her.

Oh silly Hailey. What a silly one she is!!!
too funny!!!!!!!!
She looks like my patients in recovery room that just come out of surgery!
I had a 19 yr old boy once in recovery who was very groggy after hand surgery. Every time the BP cuff inflated he would say, "Dude, am I getting a text message?"
